Besides being one of the premiere builders of live-instrument show tracks for theatrical productions, Aztec ShowTrax operates as a clearinghouse for other theaters who wish to make their tracks available to a nationwide market of theatrical production companies. By allowing Aztec to include your tracks in our catalog, you automatically gain the benefit of a nationwide marketing d, and the benefit of including your tracks on a one-stop-shopping site. We will handle all the marketing, money, and rights issues for you, protecting your theater and investments. It's an excellent way to recoup the cost of theatrical track production or create an extra revenue source for your organization.

And the best part? If you've got some tracks that are a little less-than-stellar, Aztec ShowTrax has a category for those tracks, too. Synthesized, sampled, or live-instrument, we'll review them all.

1. Contact Us. We will get some information from you (list of tracks you've got, the quality level of the tracks, whether or not you have the original session files, etc.)

2. We'll send you a personalized copy of our Track Sharing Agreement. Review the agreement, run it by your legal counsel, sign it, and send it back.

3. We'll arrange a way to get your materials to our office. Remember, the more materials you can send us from each track (individual instrument tracks, session mix files, etc.) the easier it will be for us to rent the tracks.

4. We'll review and categorize each of your tracks. We'll then add your tracks to our catalog*

5. Sit back and relax. We'll handle the rest.

Aztec ShowTrax's track sharing agreement gives our partners the option of recieving payment for their track rentals in one of two ways. They can opt to recieve 40% of the total cost of renting their original materials by check, paid once every quarter, or they can opt to recieve 60% of the total cost of renting their original materials in credit which can be used toward products or services provided by Aztec ShowTrax.
